My name is Michael, and after 30 years in the bicycle industry, I’m still driven by the same love for riding and commitment to helping people enjoy their bikes. Before opening CNY E-Bike, I founded Cactus Bike and Cactus Adventures in Phoenix, AZ, where I built my career around serving riders of every kind.
With the rapid growth of electric bikes and the need for skilled, trustworthy service, I created CNY E-Bike to bring that experience and dedication to the e-bike community here in Central New York. My mission is simple: to provide fast, reliable, and affordable e-bike repair and maintenance services to the riders who depend on them.
